Windows 10: why can't i change my display resolution more than 1440 x 900?

    why can't i change my display resolution more than 1440 x 900?


    when I set the display resolution to 1440 x 1080 or higher, the monitor goes black and it says "aus.specifikationf 67.4 kHz / 60 Hz", what does that mean and how to fix it cause everything looks relatively larger?

    lost resolution 1440 900

    (windows 10,Last drivers nvidia)Once day i switch on pc and see what my native resolution has become 1024 768 but native resolition monitor 1440 900 i'm trying switch off,reinstaill driver for videocard(when i connect tv all be ok 1980x1080),trying connect monitor to second pc(windows 8 and old nvidia drive) but native resolution 1024 768. Now i add 1440 900 in nvidia control panel,but game don't see that. What i should do?

    1440 X 900 dsiplay resolution no longer available in Windows 10

    I have upgraded to Windows 10. The native resolution of my monitor is 1440 X 900. It worked perfectly in Windows 7. That resolution option is not available in Windows 10 and everything on the screen looks like garbage! Can someone help please!!!

    Screen Resolution 1440*900 missing Windows 10.

    The Second Method you suggested was very helpful. My problem is resolved and now my resolution is 1440*900 and my pc is working great.
