Windows 10: Why cant i change my priority for warzone 2

it says access denied ive watched videos and tried everything etc, safe boot, powerwash, give full control to user. nothing has worked it keeps saying access denied and fyi i am on a adminstrator account so somone please help me with this

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

Hi, thank you for your patience, seems that there is something wrong with the graphics card, may I know the make and model of your graphics card? and is Warzone 2 working fine before or not at all? because as per the error, the Graphics card doesn't meet the system requirements of the game.

How do I change the priority order of WiFi networks?

As far as I'm aware, this isn't possible in WP8 devices. You could make a suggestion on official Windows Phone suggestion page or vote for one that's there already:
