Windows 10: Why can't I change the editable fields in windows notification pop-ups?

Hello, My problem is not being able to change the content in the windows notification popups. Some notification pop-ups have editable fields, which do not work for me as they are visible but not editable To be more specific ; for example I cannot respond to whatsapp messages in the pop-up notification, even though the whatsapp's pop-up notification has a text-box inside, but is not editable in my case. Similarly, when a meeting notification pops-up I am using Windows native calendar app, even though there is a combo box in the notification popup with various snoozing time options, I cannot

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.

Turn off taskbar pop up notifications?

Everything is off in Notifications & actions, except for Focus assist and Skype. Evernote isn't listed under Notifications & actions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Evernote.

I can't find any settings in Evernote that trigger the taskbar popping up with I create a new note.

I'd even be willing to change a registry setting if that would keep the taskbar from popping up to notify me.
