Windows 10: why cant i click on anything on my desktop after signing into my windows.

my mouse and keyboard both work fine on other pc which has windows 10. running windows 11 pro on built pc all components 3 months old12th gen i-7 3.7 processer. 16 gig coercer vengeance ram, , asus strix 8760-r gaming wifi d4 samsung 970 nvme c drive i can not even click on power to restart, must be manually done, spent 50 at pc repair center he did memory test all good decided it was either motherboard, processer,, system or ssd. my own research has it as a windows glitch that has many posts and most have found temp fix only to reoccur mine cant even get temp fix.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

I can't sign in windows store and I can't use acount microsoft to sign in windows

What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

 

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.
