Windows 10: why cant I copy and paste a photo from facebook anymore???????????????? Need Help Now!

I used to be able to copy a picture from facebook and save in a word document. I can no longer save photos from fb! What the heck is going on??????????????? I need help NOW!

  Open the photo folder location, right click on the photo and select Copy from the drop down.
  
• Now go to the folder location where you wanted to paste the photo, right click on the on the blank space and Select paste from the drop down.

Why can't I COPY & PASTE anymore?

I updated to Windows 10 and since then haven't been able to copy and paste. I need to be able to copy from all types of applications for my job and right now I'm about to run to the nearest Apple store and upgrade to a MAC just to paste files, and I don't
even like Macs.

I've been reading the all the discussions nothing is actually pinpointing that Microsoft has created a resolution with their software. A patch to fix all the issues.

I've attempted all 3 steps of the TROUBLESHOOTING, listed in many of the comments without any success.

I need to copy photos, jpegs, svg files, etc and paste them into cameo silhouette software for tracing. The PASTE function is not working, even using the keyboard and CTRL V. Even tried to copy and paste simple fonts in Avery labels but the paste function
doesn't work. I need a solution asap!!!
