Windows 10: why can't i desativate windows defender?

    why can't i desativate windows defender?


    Why can't I disactivate Windows defender and get this error if this is my new personal computer?I can't even control the anti-virus and define folders not to scan or ad exceptions... how to fix this?

    The system is infected by miners and other malware, which have deleted your Defender executables completely. A repair installation is suggested.

    Before that, please do the following:

    • Save Fixlist.txt in the same folder where EnglishFRST64.exe is.
    • Close all program windows.
    • Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

    To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows + R key.
    • Type services.msc.
    • Right-click Windows Defender service and click
      Start.
