Windows 10: Why can't I download anything on my computer?

I haven't had any issues like this until yesterday. I noticed it when I was trying to download a mod pack for Minecraft, but it was unable to. I then checked my other applications on my computer, like Discord, and none of them were able to update/install. I launched Discord as administrator and that fixed that problem, but that same trick doesn't seem to be working for anything else. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have perfectly fine internet, with about 370 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed. I also have enough storage on both my computer and my drive, with 182GB still av

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
