Windows 10: Why can't I download apps onto my dell laptop from Microsoft Store?

Hi! I bought a Dell Inspiron Laptop a couple of moth ago and since the first day I've tried to download apps from the Microsoft Store and evry time, with any app, it appears an error message saying to try again later, that something happend in their end and waiting a bit might help, but I've been waiting since I bught the laptop :I've tried many options like resetting Microsoft Store, Troubleshoot even the Command prompt steps and restart the coputer and it still gave me the Try Again massage. I need help! :

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.
