Windows 10: Why can't I download/install, and my screen turns black after login. ERROR CODE 0x80070005.

One day my system decided to look normal, login screen was great, until it wasn't. It goes black... after I login, I don't know if I'm effecting the eventual operation of it by my LOGO+CTL+SHIFT+B, but it does turn the display on after 30-45 minutes. The other stuff...I don't seem to access to many different functions, like access to Device Manager, Using RUN, and some of my programs/ apps have just vanished....I'm very close to just simply installing the ISO all over. But since it was a donation from Tech4Troops, I'm a vet, I am going to give them ONE chance to fix it in a way I don't wipe

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
