Windows 10: Why can't i download the MediaCreationTool22H2.exe

    Why can't i download the MediaCreationTool22H2.exe


    I am on windows 7 and i cannot install this too to allow me upgradei then get a: error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000 please help
