    Why can’t I download videos without them corrupting?


    For some reason, any video i now download is corrupted, apart from me recording on VLC, I cannot copy or download video files without them corruptingI have done the CHDSKS command & have checked for drive errors and bad sectors and found nothing. Im stuck in a dead end and unsure what to do - any help would be appreciated.

    Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

    • What browser(s) you're using?
    • Where are you obtaining the videos?
    • Does the problem occur with live streams from different sources?
    • If the problem only started recently, what happened just before that?
      • Was your browser updated?
      • Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the browser?
    • What sort of Internet connection do you have? Have you experienced any other connection issues, e.g., slow downloads?

    I can’t delete a corrupted file.: The sim4 won’t launch due to a corrupted file. I cannot for the life of me get it to delete. I tried unsyching onedrive but it just keeps coming back. I had the files copied and saved locally and was able to delete them from there but not from the section under one drive...
