Windows 10: Why can’t I download windows

I used a spoofer on my windows 11 pc and it wouldent let me load back into windows since it was stuck on interactive shel v2.2 then after went to a black screen with a blue windows logo and said bullseye at the top left and anyway I used a bootable usb in m oc ots a prebuilt from ibuypower idk if that matters but I everything works until you get to the part where it’s the blue screen and says installing windows 11 it gets to 77 percent even all the time then it restarts from the begging so now I’m lost trying to figure out what to do

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
