Windows 10: Why can't I drag to copy a photo anymore!?

https://imgur.com/a/lcmod7RThe first window is the newest version of the photo app 2024.11070.31001.0, and the second window is the photo legacy app 2024.11070.10002.0. Interestingly some photos, doesn't seem to have a pattern, could still be copied. I have reported it to Microsoft once, but there isn't any response yet. It was a very crucial feature for me when viewing and editing photos.Windows is on the newest version 23H2

Cannot copy a few selected photos from Iphone to PC Windows 10

  How did you try to copy the photos?
  

I suggest you to try copying the photos by following the below steps:

• Connect the iPhone to Windows 10
  computer
• Close the prompted window
• Press Windows + E key on the keyboard (it will show the phone as drive)
• Now you can copy and paste the pictures & videos into your Windows drive.
