Windows 10: Why can't I email from RDS applications?

The various branches of our company connect remotely to our Pastel. Since June last year, I have been unable to send emails from Pastel or share for instance a Excel Worksheet created remotely. We are a number of employees, yet mine is the only one with this issues. A new user account had been created, no luck. Copied another user's profile , who has no issues, to mine, but still no luck. My laptop has been reloaded and still no luck. The IT guys seem to think the issue is with my laptop as all the other users working remotely, have no issues. Anyone out there that can assist? RD Gateway Server - how to remove permanently

Hello, At my previous job, I was asked to take certain steps (don't remember now what they were) but it was to set up RDP to use a Gateway server. Now that I've changed jobs, I still see the old IP and Gateway server information. I went to registry and deleted the entries from Terminal client and servers. However, I still see a server name listed under RDP-Advanced-Settings-Use these RD Gateway Server settings. I have opted for - Do not use RD Gateway server but was wondering how to remove the old server name entry completely. Thanks

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
