Windows 10: why cant i factory reset?

So basically, i wanted to factory reset because i factory reset when my games get low fps but when i try this time it keep showing me 0xc0000017 and when i search it up it say that mean low memory then i looked task manger and it said i am useing 60% and useing 6/8 GB what do i do?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
