Windows 10: Why can't I find the "I forgot pin" option?

Hi pleaaase helpI forgot my pin which I recently resetWhen I tried to open my windows with my fingerprint three times false then windoes hello requested my PIN and I partially remember itI tried many times to enter a pin pass but all of them are wrongI can't sign in using a password either because it requires pin alsoAnd I can't find I FORGOT PIN optionWhat should I do, I'm crying bcs I'm a student and everything is inside it I can't loose my dataMy Microsoft account is connected to windows hello but I couldn't find any option to access itPleaaaase help

Forgot PIN, no other login options

I lost the PIN for a Windows laptop. When I hit "forgot my PIN" the screen said "just a moment" and had a spinning circle. It stayed that way for about 10 minutes, then there was a popup that said "you must download an app from the Store to complete this request". When I returned to the login screen, I tested a number of PINs that were incorrect, and now there is no "forgot my PIN" option. There was never an option to sign in with a password listed.

 

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

Try the steps here:

• Navigate to PC Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options. Click on I forgot my PIN link.
• Next, click on the Continue button in the Are you sure you forgot your PIN? screen.
• You can now add a new PIN and click OK.

 

Windows 11 forgot PIN

I forgot my pin-Accounts-PIN-I forgot my PIN-I click it, enter my password, I get a code sent to my phone but I'm not given enough time to get the code and then enter it. I get kicked back to Accounts-Sign-in options screen. Any suggestions?
