Windows 10: Why cant i get 3d audio to work????!!

I've been trying fo the past week to turn it on, 1.going to the sound panel thingy and messing around with the stuff there you know, trying to turn on spatial sound but it jus blinks back to "off"2. seeing if the box says anything about 3d audioit doesn't i have the hyperx cloud ALPHA headphones, assuming that headphones like these WOULD HAVE 3D AUDIO RIGHT!?!?searching up solutions, downloading the hyperx audio system thingy, seeing if DTS has something to do with this,NOTHING!!!!I've tried everything i could, the only thing i can think of now?I've seen that some people say that i have to g

3D sound doesn't work

To guide you in right direction we want to know:

• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if this helps:

Method 1: Let's first run hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.

• Open Control Panel.
• Type “Troubleshooting “in the search box and hit
  enter.
• Click on Hardware and Device.
• Click on Hardware and device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2:

Run built-in audio troubleshooter and check. Refer to the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Playing audio to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 3: Uninstall and re-install the Audio drivers.

Step 1: I suggest you to uninstall the Audio drivers and then install them.

Follow these steps to uninstall the Audio drivers.

• Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Search for Audio Device and expand it.
• Right click on the driver and select Uninstall.

Step 2: I suggest you to install the Audio drivers, go to the manufacturer’s website to download the audio drivers for your laptop and then install them.

Method 4: You can try installing the drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps:

• Press the ‘Windows key on the keyboard.
  
• Type compatibility in the search box and then press
  enter.
• Click “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” option from the list appeared in the left side.
• Select the drivers and install.

Audio not working

AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

Step 5:

Restart PC
