    Why can't I get into my laptop


    It started randomly I don't know what happened but all of the sudden I can't get into my laptop it turns on normally but when I put my pin in it just says welcome and it'd loading it's not frozen I've tried leaving it on when I sleep but when I woke up it was still there with the welcome and the circles still spinning I don't know what to do I bought this laptop off of Facebook it's a acer nitro 5 laptop and it worked perfectly fine at first I was playing minecraft but then the day after that it just stoped and I haven't played since and I've tried putting it into safe mode at the login scree
