Windows 10: Why cant I get rid of these malwares?

Discus and support Why cant I get rid of these malwares? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I use Malwarebytes to remove these malwares, but after I open Chrome, they come back again. please help...     how do i get rid of these?

    i tried both the SFC a few times and DISM a few times and neither found any "integrity violations"

    the computer is running slow and the red sign with the little x on it is intermittently on the sound and networking icons on the taskbar (wifi & audio work most of time )

    I connected to IT assistants through Microsoft windows 10 online (they controlled my cursor and checked things like drivers etc.) and it was to no avail Why cant I get rid of these malwares? :( the red signs went away, I thanked them for their assistance, and lo & behold, they come back after
    I disconnect from them.

    I went to win10 from win7 and have 2gb ram (would've changed to 4gb if the stick actually worked) I upgraded from a single core AMD to dual core. my cpu is 35watt instead of 25 watt.

    I'm pulling straws here. Maybe I have a corruption or virus? I don't want to reset unless I really have to as I have so many apps downloaded.

    ATTN: new update! I asked Microsoft answer tech and he said the computer is fine and just wait for November win10 update since it will solve common bugs

    You may need to temporarily disable Google Sync to be able to fully remove malware. Stop Google Sync, do a cleanup and restore Google Sync when you are sure your system is clean.

    Please download Malwarebytes' AdwCleaner onto your Desktop.

    • Double click on AdwCleaner_xxxx.exe to run the tool.
    • Click on Scan.
    • After done scanning, please hit Logfile. Locate the logfile in the Scan tab, double-click on it, copy the information inside of it, and paste it into your next reply.
    • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[Sx].txt as well.

    Try resetting all your browsers then, even those you aren't using (Edge, IE, etc)

    Launch AdwCleaner scan and clean those adware infections.


    Fix with Junkware Removal Tool

    Please download Malwarebytes' Junkware Removal Tool and save the file to your desktop.

    • Right-click on the JRT.exe or Junkware Removal Tool icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    • Follow the prompts and let this process run uninterrupted.
    • This scan can take a while, depending on your System specs.
    • Upon completion, a log (JRT.txt) will open on your desktop.

    Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

    Do not forget to re-enable your previously switched off protection software!
    Please also manually reboot your machine after this procedure.

    Temporarily disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

    • Please visit the ESET Online Scanner website
    • Click the SCAN NOW button to download the esetonlinescanner_enu.exe file to the Desktop
    • Double click esetonlinescanner_enu.exe. Accept the Terms of Use
    • Select Enable detection of potentially unwanted applications
    • In Advanced Settings: make sure that Clean threats automatically is unchecked
    • And Enable detection of potentially unsafe applications, Enable detection of suspicious applications, Scan archives, and Enable Anti-Stealth technology are all checked.
    • Click Scan
    • The program will begin to download it's virus database. The speed may vary depending on your Internet connection.
    • When completed, the program will begin to scan. This may take several hours. Please, be patient.
    • Do not do anything on your machine as it may interrupt the scan.
    • When completed it'll show a list of "Threats found", click beneath it on Save to text file.... and save it as ESET log.txt on your Desktop.
    • Then click Do not clean. Place a checkmark at Delete application's data on close, click Finish and close the program.
    • Please copy and paste the log it generated (the one you just saved on your Desktop) here.

    Don't forget to re-enable previously switched-off protection software!

    Why cant I get rid of these malwares?

    I also have had to use Eset free online scan to get rid of Google/Chrome bundled items.
    I got them when I updated Ccleaner and Speccy.
