    Why can't I get someone to help the success of my business?!


    Our business's main person in charge of outlook is no longer with the company. He won't give up his personal password, or the admin password he set it all up. I am taking over and need to be the admin, but I can't figure out. Ive tried several times to call or chat with someone, but cant talk with anyone. I submitted a request to be called, but never received a phonecall, despite waiting two days, as it stated. Our business depends on emails, and I'm very frustrated and disappointed that its taking this long to figure this out or even talk to a human being to get this solved. Will someone pl

    Why can't I get someone to help the success of my business?!

    Business Contact will not run on Motorola Q

    I installed Business Contact Manager mobile and it shows that everything is synced. When I try to run Business Contact Manager on my Motorola Q it will open to a Contact Summary tab with partial information for the first contact listed in my BCM contacts.
    I can side step over to the history tab and comment tab only. I have a menu option button that only gives me 3 options. Edit, Delete or Copy contact. I do not get the list of contacts as shown in the tutorial online.



    Any suggestions?
