Windows 10: Why can't I install certain games from the Windows store on a different drive?

Hello there, I'm currently dealing with a frustrating issue here.

I'm trying to get a game installed on my D drive because my C drive is running out.

But the store simply doesn't let me pick said D drive in spite of me having set windows to download store apps to D via the settings app.

Am I doing something wrong or is the store broken beyond saving?

4. Under "Save locations," and on "New apps will save to," select the new drive location.

Once you completed the steps, new apps you download from the Windows Store will now install automatically in the new location.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I am having a weird problem involving the Windows Store on the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. If I try to install certain games like Forza Motorsport 6 Apex or Killer Instinct, the appstore crashes. I can install other apps just fine, but for some reason,
trying to install those specific games crashes the Windows Store. The event viewer lists exception code 0xc000027b.
