Windows 10: Why Can't I Install Game Bar

I just got a new computer and I was trying to track the FPS of a few games I'm playing. Whenever I would open the game bar, it would only show me screen capture controls, and nothing else. So, I started troubleshooting, and I got to the point of uninstalling game bar through "Windows PowerShell". Now, when I try to reinstall the app through Microsoft Store, the download button is already spinning, like it's downloading something, but nothing ever happens. How can I reinstall game bar?I'm running Windows 11, and I've already tried restarting the computer, but I can't think of any other troubles

Step 2: if that doesn't help I suggest you to install game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
