Windows 10: Why can't I install the update KB4592438?

    Why can't I install the update KB4592438?


    I have Win 10 Pro Version 20H2 Build 19042.631. I have followed all the steps that the automated "Get Help" have suggested to no avail yet I have had changes in my circumstances. I have switched back and forth between two different error codes due to following the automated "Get Help" prompts, they are as follows: 0x80070002 and 0x80073701. I generated a log and found this within:

    Insurgency wont install and run for me....

    I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
    I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

    I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

    First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

    Any ideas?
