Windows 10: Why can't I just download a clean version of Windows 10? I'm nearly in tears this is...

DESPERATE FOR HELP TO CLEAN INSTALL WINDOWS! ON INFECTED LAPTOPMy laptop has a virus and has been hacked someone was doing studd when I wasn't tpuching the computer, I saw the arrow and browser open etc.I freaked out, none of my antivirus or malware tools detected the issue so I STUPIDLY did a factory reset. So, now my C drive which should be 1tb is only 100gb and the files I deleted, believing them to be infected have reappeared.SO.....I NEED A NEW COPY OF WINDOWS!!!!!!!BUTTT!!!! I can only access a cpomputer through the library where I'm NOT AN ADMIN! SO I"M NOWQ FFFFUUU - FULLY UPSET!WHA

To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:

• Right-click on your C: drive.
• Select "Properties".
• Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
• After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
• Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
• Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
