    Good morning,currently I'm really fed up with the purchase of the surface pro 7 and the bad integration for Office365 Business.First it came preinstalled with Windows 10 Home. Okay, I accepted that I needed to use my 15yrs old hotmail address, to setup this device.Now I upgraded the OS to Win10 PRO via MS Store. While doing that it produced another 0xxxxx Error that I haven't noted sadly.. But still in my System Informations it shows Win10 PRO now.Now I thought I could just log in with our Office365 Business Admin E-Mail adress and finally set up this device for my colleague, but NO CHANCE!Fir

    For us to help you suggest steps to resolve the issue, we would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any error messages when signing in to your account?
    • Have you made any significant changes prior to this issue?
    • Have you tried to login using a different Microsoft account or local account on the computer?

    Error 0x80180018 when trying to add a second work account on Windows 10

    Hello,

    Different users have two Office365 Business accounts from two different tenants and we are experiencing technical issues when trying to add the second work account on Windows 10. No matters which order we start adding the accounts (tenantA and then tenantB,
    and the same applies vice versa), that we encounter the error 0x80180018 when adding the second work account.

    Googling I found on the Azure AD documentation the following description:

    0x80180018
    "idErrorMDMLicenseError", // MENROLL_E_USERLICENSE

    There was an error with your license. You can try to do this again or contact your system administrator with the error code {0}.

    But it can't match the problem encountered because the first work account is always successfully added on Win10. They both licenses have Business Premium license assigned on the two different Office365 tenants.

    The information provided is not really clear about. it just says that an error has been encountered, try again, but no matters how many times we try that we get the same error with no further information.

    I would highly appreciate if someone can give us further details about how to achieve adding two work accounts on Windows 10.
