Windows 10: Why can't I move apps between drives?

I recently set myself up a second hard drive as I needed to free up my C drive before it got too crowded to run windows. I've done all the set up, and I can see both drives in my pc, however when I try and move apps through the 'Apps and features' part of windows, I get two options, those being 'uninstall' and 'modify'This is completely unlike every online tutorial where they all magically have 'move' buttons. I've checked with other parts of my pc and have even been able to change where new apps are downloaded, that being from my current drive to my new drive. The computer definitely knows th

• Which apps are you referring to?

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Step 1: Install all app updates from Windows Store.

Check for updates for apps and games from Windows Store

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
