Windows 10: Why can't I move the Notification Position from the bottom right of the screen to wherever...

HelloI would really like to move the Notification location. Having it where it is really causes problems when on other websites. They often have confirmation buttons around that area and it's really annoying when a notification appears.This feels like it should be a standard option to move a notification position to wherever I like.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Microsoft engineer suggest to change taskbar position, while question was clearly NOT about it.

I like it at the bottom as it is, i just want to move toast notification position to the top right, as it was in win 8.1

I allready tried this:

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.
