Windows 10: WHY can't I move the task bar in Windows 11

This is ridiculous. What harm is there in allowing users to customize the location of the task bar? This is a deal-breaker for me. I will not be upgrading my home pc because of this. I am forced to deal with this at work where I desperately need this feature. Thanks for tanking my productivity. Thanks I hate it.

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Windows 10 Defender - How to make it default to task bar?

Using Windows 10 and currently I am using Defender for anti virus. For whatever reason Windows Defender does not show up in the task bar unless I search for the program or right click and scan a file/folder. Is there a way to force Defender to show up in the task bar at start up?

 

Windows 11 Top Task bar Problem

Hi everyone, I have had a problem with my task bar in Windows 11 ever since I moved it to the top. I have two problems. First is the Wi-Fi logo, and the application in the taskbar won't pop out when I hover my mouse.

• If I click on the Wi-Fi button from the task bar, it pops out in the wrong format, like the upper portion of the box is cropped.
  

• If I hover my mouse in the application that I opened in the taskbar, there is no preview of small boxes of window application.
  

I have loved the top window ever since I was using Windows 10 and I want to apply it again in my Windows 11. All of your suggestions or solutions are greatly appreciated, thank you :>
