Windows 10: Why can't I not find the recommended troubleshooter 1909

I like to know why can't I not find the recommended troubleshooter for my device in 1909? Anything wrong with my settings?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Troubleshoot a faulty GTX 1060

The first time around I tried to check the temperatures using MSI AfterBurner, but the log file didn't register any value for when the GPU went down, just a bunch of normal lines followed by a bunch of blank lines.

The PSU is a Seasonic S12-II 520W, it should be enough and it has good reviews. It has already been suggested to me to check it out, but I don't know how.

I feel a bit awkward about dumping the mobo BIOS.. maybe I'll get to it in the next few days; could you recommend a good step-by-step guide?
