Windows 10: Why can’t I open anything it’s like im froze here ?

I can’t open any apps not even the windows apps can’t access my setting no way to troubleshoot my pc does anyone know what can work ? I can’t access anything it just lets me sign in and it shows im connected to wifi but when I click something it just loads forever and ever please send help but I’ve looked to see troubleshoot options just no way to even get to settings it just loads forever and I can’t get the real number for Microsoft multi billion dollar company ‍

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
