Windows 10: Why can't I output audio through my TV and speakers at the same time?

1. I had set my TV as Default Device (Sound > Playback tab)
2. I had set my speakers as Default Communication Device (Sound > Recording tab)
3. I enabled Stereo Mix (Sound > Recording tab)
4. I enabled Listen to this device and selecto my speakers in the drop-down menu (Stereo Mix Properties > Listen tab)

What else am I missing? My drivers are from Realtek and they are up-to-date.

PC with Dual Displayport output with two TVs plugged in can only get Audio to output on one of the TVs?

We have a Lenovo m800 Tiny with 2X Displayport output (Model 10FM002UUS) Plugged into 2X LG 55inch TVs (model 55UX340C) using 2X Tripplite Displayport to HDMI cables. We can only turn the sound on to one of the two TV's....We are extending the display
on the two TVs, but we plan to us the same Audio output on both....just want to take advantage of the speakers. Is there any way to tell the PC to use the speakers on both TVs to output the same audio through the DP to HDMI cables?

No Audio Output Device is Installed

Hi,

You will need to select Windows 8 from the drop down list while installing the driver in compatibility mode.

I would suggest you to try setting the speaker as default audio output by following the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Right click on the sound icon on the right bottom corner of the taskbar.

2. Select "playback devices".

3. If "speaker" is not set as the default device, highlight it and click "set as default".

5. Save the changes.
