Windows 10: why cant i play my game anymon : plz help me

i tried to pay undertale but it said that it dont own it in this account but i have no other accounts on my computer and i paid for the game i tried to uninstall and reinstall but now it says that i dont own it anymore can someone please help me because if i lose a game that i paid for it would really suck plz help here is the error messageits in frenchUNDERTALE n’est actuellement pas disponible dans votre compte. alphajax game it is...plz help

i love this xbox game alphajax soo much and keep playing but since one day if am logging in..it says error plz check your internet connection..xbox live not able to connect...but actually i have my internet connection i am able to use my bing perfectly
and actually am able to play my other xbox game online very well..how to solve this problem ??i really want to play my alphajax..plz help!!!!

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
