Windows 10: Why can't I play the game I want?

Hello! When I got my laptop, It had Minecraft installed already I have a Windows 10 but I didn't have a full version, so I got the full version today, but when it says Install, it said I didn't have a device connected. I had gone on settings and used my Microsoft account, still didn't work. I reset the Microsoft store, still didn't work. Should I uninstall Minecraft? But will it keep my payment for the starter pack? Please help me!

• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

I suggest you to try installing the game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow these steps to install the game in compatibility mode.

  Download the game from the manufacturer’s website.

  Right-click on the game setup file and click on

  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
