Games such as Such as Outlast 2, Tony hawks pro skater 1+2, Spongebob battle for bikini bottom rehydrated and other games I have purchased on my Xbox are “playable on PC” via the xbox pc app.The Xbox app tells me I need to purchase these games again, and yes, I am signed in, to the 1 xbox account that I have.However I own 98 games, and only about 12 games shows up including like 7 different copies of minecraft that I dont even recall purchasing.Ive purchased skyrim on PS5, PC, Xbox series x, xbox one… I went to the skyrim page and was only able to install it because its on gamepass -_- not bec

Xbox console and computer are totally different platforms, so both devices have their own versions of every game. The only games that you can be played on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC are the games listed on the Xbox Play Anywhere. You can check the link below

My xbox games aren’t in my Library on PC.

If you purchased games on an Xbox console, only if the game is listed as a Play Anywhere game can you play that game on a PC, otherwise the Xbox console game and PC game are separate licences.
