Windows 10: Why can't I playing Airport City after the game have updated?

I can't playing Airport City after the game have updated. I am playing Airport City on my lap-top which is an HP. I having Windows 10. I can't updating to Windows 11. I have trying to starting Airport City on my lap-top. But the game want not starting. I have trying to starting the game from Sunday. So I'm needing help on how I gonna to do. Good GPU is gotting high temp and 80% usage on win10 apps (like airport city)

Hi i play Airport City from 2 days and when i launch it, my gpu gots 85 celcius st. and about 70-80% usage i cant play on this stats how to fix it? (for ex. asphalt 8 more needing game makes cpu 20% usage.

2 CPUS intel xeon e5-2660 2.5ghz

nvidia quadro 4000+

32gb ram

ssd drive (for system, win10 pro with all new updates)

Since the issue with the particular game, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the game and check if it helps.
