Windows 10: Why Cant I Remove An App named "Altruistic"

I already Searched this App and when i searched it in Google it just says its a trojan virus, i already deleted this but its still there either way Here's a Screen shotI Tried Uninstalling it in Control panel but i couldn't find it in Control panel can anyone help? feel free to ask me anything
