Windows 10: Why cant i repair my visual c++

I’ve had to repair the microsoft visual c++ to play some games but the problem i have is that I can’t do it. Whenever i click on repair it says. “Repair Failed. 0x80070660 - The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the Temp folder”The thing is though that the temp folder is not full and i do have access to it. I feel like I’ve tried everything and at this point I’m lost and hopeless. How is this happening? Please help.

Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ msi wont install.

microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86 won't install

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.
