Windows 10: why cant i replay videos from sd card

I have following problem: I've recorded a video on a micro sd card and I can only play the videos .avi files when my second or third monitor AOC, 165 HZ, 1440p, AOC, 165HZ, 1080p is plugged in. It doesnt work when I am using only the laptop screen 165hz, 1080p. Any ideas why?

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• Have you already configured the SD card in such a way that it stores the videos directly to SD card?
• Are you referring to the video taken from the device camera or other offline videos?

If you have already configured the SD card in such a way that it directly saves to the SD card, then I suggest you to upgrade the device to the latest build 14383 and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

sd card problem with videos

It says the best driver is already installed. I really think it's an issue related to the sd card hardware or driver. The problem doesn't happen if the videos are on the hard drive.

As of the moment, the feature to view the videos locally saved on SD card is unavailable. You might need to use an alternative app to view videos from your SD card. Meanwhile, you can send feedback and suggestion using the Feedback Hub app to help us improve
Windows 10 Mobile.

To send a feedback, follow the steps below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub
  app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button (+).
• Select Suggestion or Problem and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.
