Windows 10: Why can't I run Microsoft Defender Antivirusoffline scan in my pc HP Elitebook Revolve 810 G3?

Hello, I'm using Win-11 pro edition, and everything is updated, and I wanted to run an offline windows defender scan but it doesn't work. After choosing the offline scan option and hitting "Yes", nothing happens, it doesn't even restart or do anything on the screen. Also sometimes when I'm using it, it just shows a bluescreen out of nowhere with an some error written on it and then restarts, what might be the issue here and how do I solve it?

Remember, I have now re-enable this driver and all is functional

Last point of note. I re-ran the UEFI on board diagnostics over night, all System tests, Exhaustive, this completed 15 time with no errors.

My computer is HP, Model: EliteBook Revolve 810 G3, Product number: M7C97UC#ABA

I do only use Windows Security for the Virus Protection in addition to Windows defender firewall.

 

HP EliteBook 810 G1 - Touchscreen partially not working

I have problems with some of our HP EliteBook 810 G1 Revolve.
On some of them the touchscreen isn't working at the top part of the screen.





In the picture above the area is hilighted that do work. And in this area touch works withour problems.

Windows lists the screen as a Standard PnP-Screen.




I've updated BIOS and all the drivers to the latest available and windows is also up to date.

Any hints on what to try next is greatly appreciated!

I've tried to run the Configure setup from Tablet PC settings page.
And also tried to calibrate the screen but that doesn't work either.
