Windows 10: Why Can't I Run Microsoft Safety Scanner???

Why can't I run Microsoft Safety Scanner???

I get that smart screen windows and select 'Run anyway'

Then I get a message saying it can't run on this pc.

And yes, I selected the proper one. (64 bit)


Why didn't I get the same issue with Malwarebytes Antimalware??

I guess Microsoft doesn't trust it's own apps.

Microsoft Safety Scanner - Free Virus Scan with the Microsoft Safety Scanner


I've run several scans with a couple other programs and they found nothing.
It loaded fine today using firefox.

Apparently I'm the only one having this issue?

 

Need help/suggestions to remove this virus. Microsoft Safety Scanner was suggested and tried but it could not remove one

which of course is this Zeus b2957e since it is still there. I am a novice compared to most/all of you so I am up for any help/suggestions.
