Windows 10: why can't i save file in C after signing in my school email

yesterday, I signed in to my school account which they provided. I can't save any new files in my c drive anymore. How to solve this problem? Do my school have access to my pc now? If yes, then how to remove it?I can't even change my log in PIN.

If you are using Outlook email, let’s try simple steps and check if it helps. Try the below steps provided.

Step 1.

If you want to save only the attached file from the email, try the below step.

• 
  Right click on the attached file and click on Save as.
  
• 
  Now select a folder location where you want to save the attached file.
  

Step 2.

If you want to save the file along with the email try the below steps provided.

• 
  Open the mail you want to save and click on File on the top of the right side.
  
• 
  Click on Save As and select a folder location where you want to save the email.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm opening up an attachment from a google account. When I right click I don't have the 'save as' option also I did not have that option when I checked the 'file' either...

Please advise.

Cannot save files to network drives anymore

This could be due to the incorrect user information used. You may want to try the steps listed below and check if it works for you:

• Open Word 2016, and navigate to
  File > Account.
  
• Sign out of all the accounts under User Information.
  
• Restart Office, navigate to
  File > Account.
  
• Sign In to use the work email for user information.
  
• Now, try saving the Office documents to the mapped drive.
