    why can't i see my school's wifi


    i have a old Lenovo ThinkPad e550 running on windows 10, i wanted to start using that for school as i did to before but now i am having a problem where my laptop isn't showing the wifi i want to connect to. This might be due to damage because of how old the laptop is but before just all out stating its broken i would like to get some help from the community. the only wifi it isn't connecting to is the school wifi. i have tried reseting the laaptop and i also did a bit of digging through the system settings but so far nothing seems out of place.

    BYOD with win 11 doesnot connect to school wifi.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

    I had tried them before and unfortunately it did not work.

    The laptop connects to home WiFi but not to school WiFi. I have contact the school's IT department and hopefully it can be fixed.

    How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

    Hi Graceimson,

    I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
    from the taskbar and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
    • Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
