Windows 10: Why can't I sign into Microsoft Store?

im trying to sign into microsoft store on the app so I can buy something, but it keeps failingi can sign in on browser but signing in on the app just tells me "We encountered an error. Please try signing in later." trying to buy something shows me "Data Error: Cyclic Redundancy Check 0x80070017" too, and it was working fine prior to yesterday

  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
