Windows 10: Why can't I sign into windows with the pin?

My pin doesn't work. When I try to use the pin to sign in, it says that I've entered the wrong password too many times and have to enter the challenge phrase, which I did. After that, I entered my password and it wouldn't work. I have restarted many times and it still wouldn't work. I have also changed the password, which didn't work. I have also tried the solution from this post: Can't add PIN and can't find the NGC folder - Microsoft Community, which didn't work as well. I have seen other solutions like resetting the PIN with safe mode or resetting windows, I don't really want to try these y

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
