Windows 10: Why can't I talk to a microsoft tech for support. I have a technical issue, Cannot get...

I am on Windows 11 Office 365 . I keep getting pop ups on the bottom right of screen. RAV saying they have detected threats on my computer? It indicates its from MICROSOFT. I am not sure if this is legitimate and if so, what should I do about it? It is not acceptable to not be able to talk to a customer service representatives , None of your phone numbers work. Recording read so fast it is not understandable.

cortana won`t talk to me

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
