Windows 10: Why cant i turn off this setting?

Im trying to turn off the setting "For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device", yet it keeps turning back on its own. I dont know what to do.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Power setting turns display off as set but then it turns right back on

But you did not look at that tutorial's list of related tutorials for all the other
Add or Remove ... from Power Options - TenForumsTutorials
ones. That's what I suggested. The link to that particular tutorial was just a way in to the set of them.
