Windows 10: Why can't I upgrade to Windows 11 even though my system meets the requirements?

I followed many guides which were stated on the official websites and also other tutorial videos, apparently, I have to go to Update & Security and I will below the updates for Windows 10 I will see whether I can install Windows 11 or not. I don't see anything at all. I also installed the PC health check app, confirming my PC's eligibility for the upgrade. I also checked to see if, at any chance, my Windows isn't original but it says "Your Windows is activated with a digital license" in the activation section.System informationrocessor 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i9-12900H 2.50 GHz Inst

Windows 11 CPU not supported but meeting minimum requirements

Ian, this is why Microsoft kept the option of upgrading to Windows 11 open with a disclaimer.

Clarification about Windows 11 system requirements

Most computers that run Windows 10 can run Windows 11.

Upgrades can be performed in a supported or unsupported fashion.

There are multiple threads on upgrading in an unsupported fashion and if interested the methods or links can be posted.

This included unsupported CPU, TPM, BIOS, Drive, etc.

I5-4590 was not seen on the Windows 11 CPU support lists.
