Windows 10: Why can't I use Ctrl+Alt+N to run my programs when my keyboard input is ENG IN..?

It was working just fine earlier but suddenly the next day it started showing accented n instead of running my code which was very annoying as some solutions online say that I should change the input type to ENG US, if so why is this discrimination that I can't use the shortcut as ENG IN is very similar to ENG UK and if not pls suggest a way to rectify the issue..

How to disable the Ctrl+Alt+L keyboard shortcut?

Hi all,

I'm preparing a Windows 7 laptop for a Polish user, and he wants the keyboard input format to be the Polish programmer's keyboard. This is like the US keyboard, but it enables the input of Polish characters when using certain Ctrl+Alt+letter combinations.
Like:

Ctrl+Alt+A types the character

Ctrl+Alt+Z types the character ż

Ctrl+Alt+L types the character ł

Only problem is I can't get the Ctrl+Alt+L combination to work. Seemingly because it seems to be set as a hotkey for this:





Does anyone know if and how I can disable this hotkey? I can't find any information on the web about this "Locate User Profile" function. I don't know if this is even a Windows function or if it's part of some obscure program my company bundled with our
W7 image.

Any help/info is appreciated!

Conflicts with the user account settings is one of the possible reasons why the secure sign-in option is enabled on your computer even if the box in the settings is not checked. I would suggest that you enable and disable the
Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the

Why the hell was SHIFT+ALT replaced by CTRL+SHIFT to change keyboard layouts (with the last updates ?)
