Windows 10: Why Can’t I Use LockDown Browser?

I recently started using a Microsoft Surface and every time I try and use lockdown browser I get an error saying I need to close my chrome but I can’t access my quizzes without opening Chrome first. Previously on my MacBook Lockdown Browser will ask me if it’s okay to close all tabs and I can agree but it won’t allow me on this device!

Hello, I have a surface pro 8 and when i try downloading lockdown browser, the file says it isnt commonly downloaded and to make sure i trust what i want to download, and surprisingly the mac version does load the file but when i open it, it never loads..

Is lockdown compatible with surface pros..?

 

Lockdown browser causing constant screen dimming

My son had to install Lockdown Browser on his new laptop, operating with Windows 11. When Lockdown browser kicks in, the screen dims, then cycles from dim to black to bright and then continues to cycle through the brightness modes. We are unsure if it is a windows thing or a lockdown browser thing, but trying to trouble shoot from all sides since he has a test tomorrow! (yikes!)
