    Why can’t I use my computer.


    I turn my computer off frequently do to it overheating gaming laptop and i wait 2 hours because of it? This security feature is stupid. I waited 5 mf hours and still can’t use it now i need to wait 30 days to change my security info in order to forget my pin in order to sign into my computer that i never failed to sign into in the first place. Fix this problem.
